Okay, so Thursday was my eighteenth birthday. My friends Amy and Crystal came over. After a while they took me to Tattoo Charlie’s where I got my first two tattoos: two stars that are about 4×4 inches. It was great, and it really didn’t hurt as much as I expected it to. It was more of an irritating feeling than anything. The tattoo artist, Denny, was really nice too; we joked around a lot. After he bandaged me up I payed him $200, he gave me a “birthday package” which included a Tattoo Charlie’s frisbie, stickers, etc. Then Amy, Crystal, and I left to go pick up my new glasses. (My mom and I ordered them before my 18th birthday so that they would be free
) When we got to my house I automatically saw a huge present sitting by the entertainment center (I already knew what it was). Beside that was a helium butterfly balloon. It was pretty.
I ended up getting three cards: one from my mom, one from my brothers, and one from my grandparents, the video game Rock Band, two tickets to see the band Bullet for my Valentine on September 12th at Coyotes, and a little over $100. Oh, and a birthday cake of course!

- Your profit margin can be increased if your customers can receive your product or service electronically (i.e. software, information, consulting services, ebooks, etc.). People are also more likely to purchase a product on the Internet if they can get it right away.
- You will save time and money if you do not have to keep inventory or ship items. This can be achieved through affiliate programs and through product suppliers who dropship. Dropshippers keep the inventory and do the shipping for you.
- Try to offer something unique that is not readily available online. This may decrease your target market but will increase your chances of making the sale. If not many other sites are offering what you sell, people will come to you.
