Cloverfield was a decent flick!
I finally got to see Cloverfield and it turned out to be a really decent flick. As someone else explained it, it’s basically Blair Witch with a huge monster, but it’s incredibly suspenseful and will keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time.
Don’t be expecting long explanations or anything though. It’s told from the point of view of a group of five or six people and since they’re in the middle of it all they only know as much as you’re seeing on the screen. I think that adds a really unique element to it, but some people who watched it thought the movie sucked because it didn’t lay out all the details.
It doesn’t hurt that the two main girls in it are hot!
