I can't tell you how grateful I am to you guys at Blackstone Media. I started my advanced web project about six months ago and can't tell you what a hassle it was to find a good, honest, straightforward company to serve my needs. Then, after making a simple phone call, my project was completed in just 2 business days! If only I had contacted Blackstone Media before all of this! Lesson learned. If anyone out there is looking for some help--whether with website design or advanced programming for your database--look no further! As a small business owner, I can't tell you how much of a blessing it was to find Blackstone Media.

You have done a excellent job on the change in the heading on all the sub-category pages; the sub category buttons are awesome and keep the flow of my website with little or no dead ends bringing the customer through the site with a lot better shopping experience while keeping continuity throughout the website as it should be (I love it).
The landing pages you created are great and we have Category “Religious Jewelry” done and it’s tweaked for SEO. The additions of picture frames on the merchandise are also a wonderful improvement on DreamsComeTrueJewelry.com. The calls-to-action are a big help.

Ralph, I just wanted to say thank you to you and Taylor for all of your help with my company’s website. I am so glad that I made the move to have it hosted on Blackstone Media Networks’ servers along with our e-mail. But having you guys design the new look of it and give us more control so we can manipulate the content has been incredible. Having everything under one roof makes it all so streamlined and efficient that I almost can’t believe it can be this easy. Not to mention the ability to contact you with any problem is a huge relief. With our last hosting company it was so time consuming to try and contact anyone for support. We usually had to submit a ticket online and then wait for someone to get back to us and then work through several different people to get even the most minor problems fixed. That was just for hosting and e-mail support. To get my web page updated or working correctly, if something went wrong, I had to contact either one of my own people and pull them from a client site or hire outside of the company to get things done.
Thank you for everything. I look forward to working with you guys for a very long time. Not to mention I will recommend you guys to everyone. Like I said, I can’t believe it can all be this easy.

I was paying $99 month for a web store that limited me to 100 products and very little control over it. Now I pay $49 month for an eCommerce solution with your company with NO LIMITATIONS on the number of products I'm allowed and have total control over appearance and function. And I just love the capability to create coupons and to sale and accept gift certificates. Way cool.

Man, I'm soo glad you twisted my arm (haha) into buying web marketing for my site. The traffic took time to build up, but you were right -- I'm getting all kind of traffic!
All I wanted was an online catalog. I never would have thought of fulfilling orders off online sales. And I could'nt believe how easy it was for you to get me a merchant account to accept major credit cards and set it up.

We originally contacted Blackstone Media to design and host a web site for Builders EZ-Options, a software program that we wanted to create for, and sell to homebuilders.
Once we met with Ralph and saw his expertise in the computer industry, we hired him to develop our program. As you can imagine, designing and implementing a complete computer program from the ground up was a very time consuming task. The creative and professional manor in which Blackstone Media completed our project was outstanding.
We have a first class computer program up and running thanks to the hard work of Ralph and his team.
We are very pleased with the final product for both the web site and the Builders E-Z Options program.
I will definitely use Blackstone Media for any future computer or web based projects that comes along.

My initial impressions of your Web site:
It has an overall appearance of being professionally done. It has good color and features that gets the attention of the reader. The buttons (Home, Samples, Products, etc.) at the top are easy to read and understand (and they all worked). Linking from one page to another and back to home worked. The samples were very easy to view and understand. I especially liked the In The News with the “Courier Journal" - Monday, August 13, 2001 article. It leads the reader to respect the company and products. I was pleasantly surprised to see a “Specials” Area. When I clicked on it, it worked and was populated with information. The “Client Comments” scrolling is a nice touch to quietly deliver your message. After looking through the web site I had to hold myself back from ordering… just kidding. On the phone you mentioned that the Web site was being developed. I expected a half baked / under construction page with one or two other pages. The web site looks very professional and complete. You should consider it quality and under constant improvement.
