Blackstone Media Network recently relocated to the Starks Building on 4^th Street Live in downtown Louisville, KY. The new and larger space is located at 455 South 4^th Street, Suite 1446. The office was previously located in New Albany, Indiana near the Industrial Park. The new office boasts a state of the art conference room where sales associates and designers can meet with clients.

 

Now a Microsoft Partner utilizing the latest technologies and most up to date equipment, Blackstone Media has the power, while remaining flexible, to meet even the most demanding needs of their clients.   

 

 

 

Blackstone Media introduces Callista Steinmetz, an Independent Sales Representative. Callista's responsibilities include new account sales and customer relations. We have also brought onboard Tanya Hahn, Design Consultant and Marketing Strategist.

 

Partners Ralph Severson and Taylor Trusty venture into new realms… How much will a company care about you if you’re paying them $10 a month and they have 200,000 customers just like you? We do care. We offer premium services, the back bone of which is customer support. If something is wrong at 3:00 AM and you send an email to our support address, we will likely get it within a few minutes and start working on the issue right away. Our small size works to our advantage here. You know that when you call us you will either be talking to Ralph or myself (Taylor) and not with a different person every time you call. Furthermore, we’re very good at what we do. Unlike other companies in our industry who require 1 or 2 year service agreements, NO ONE signs a contract with us and you’re welcome to leave at anytime without penalty if you’re not happy with any of our products or services. The bottom line: We provide a premium service, offer best products, and care about our customers.
